"Left the Oven On"

Films: The Cremator (1969)

Alias: None

Type: Natural

Location: Civilized Area

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Neutral, leaning on Evil

Summary: When the second world war began, you can bet it brought out the worst of us. The Nazi regime was a horrible thing, and among those things was the increased popularity of cremation. Mostly inflicted on those who didn't deserve it, no one saw its potential more than ol' Karl.

History: Karl Kopfrkingl is a family man and overall a nice guy to be around. But he has a peculiar obsession with his job as a cremator. He believes that cremation allows for enlightenment and reincarnation of the soul. In fact, he believes that if the whole human race were to be cremated, that would be for the best. Not the most stable of minds.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: Karl could not have developed his obsession at a better time. His desires to cremate the world are met with admiration by his peers in a time when his homeland is vying for total supremacy. With that said, if this film is historically accurate, he will be in for a nasty fall when the regime collapses.

Powers/Abilities: None.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-Karl's twisted sense of liberating people is creepy on its own, but it's amplified by how amicable and friendly he comes off as. You would never guess that this eccentric man was a would-be murderer. It doesn't help that he was born around the perfectly right time for his career.

Trivia: -Cremation dates back 20,000 years ago, with the charred remains of an Australian woman, and still persists to this day, albeit more willfully than during Nazi Germany's days.

-During those horrible days of the Holocaust, it got to the point where some death camps received crematory ovens that could burn away two people at once. Thank God this no longer persists for the reasons they did.

Whoever directed this film must have had some...issues.

...Suuuure...
Don't worry. That's just symbolism that Nazism is a gateway to Hell.

Nothing in life is certain. This certainly isn't.

Within this man, a psychosis will burn brightly...

Not faces. Only numbers on the floor.

The last place you want to be with this man.
